About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Project Analyst to join our team at Agence de mobilité durable. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning support to our project managers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support project planning and decision-making;
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budget vs. actual comparisons and variance analysis;
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities;
  • Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting;
  • Provide financial guidance and support to project teams, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including project sponsors, vendors, and partners;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial project management;
  • Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Participate in the development of business cases and proposals to support project funding and resource allocation;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial project management or a related field;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial planning and analysis tools;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines;
  • Strong attention to detail, with ability to maintain accurate and timely financial records;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and flexible approach;
  • Fluency in English and French, with ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
