Join our team as a Project Financial Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing project financials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess project revenues and expenditures, analyze discrepancies against the budget, and provide insightful recommendations to project leaders.
- Organize regular project update meetings with internal teams to discuss financial performance.
- Collaborate closely with project leaders and stakeholders to forecast expenses, prepare budget reports, and generate monthly financial summaries.
- Extract and verify data from various sources to ensure accurate reporting.
- Conduct regular audits of time allocated to projects.
- Coordinate with the Finance Control team on revenue recognition, invoicing, accruals, and work-in-progress releases.
- Ensure robust internal controls are established and adhered to regarding project financial management.
- Maintain the project framework within the SAP S/4HANA Project System module.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is essential.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar financial oversight role.
- Proficiency with an ERP system is required, with SAP being preferred.
