Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at 1332325 B.C. LTD. o/a Milestones Grill and Bar. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Customer Relations: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum productivity.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Experience and Benefits: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with benefits including a health care plan and other benefits.
Requirements: A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, with a strong focus on customer service, food safety, and team management.
