Position Overview

We are seeking experienced culinary professionals to join our fine dining kitchen team. Ideal candidates are organized, thrive in high-pressure situations, and can work independently while effectively executing directives from the Chef. Attention to detail is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embody the restaurant's vision and set a positive example for others.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
  • Foster strong relationships with team members and front-of-house staff.
  • Adhere to proper ordering, inventory, and receiving protocols.
  • Promote a culture centered around the enjoyment of food and culinary arts.
  • Exhibit integrity and professionalism, consistently representing the restaurant positively.
  • Engage in training and development initiatives, as well as performance management and coaching.
  • Utilize conflict resolution and problem-solving skills effectively.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of culinary experience in a fast-paced dining environment
  • Culinary diploma or degree is advantageous
  • Fundamental knowledge of professional cooking techniques and knife skills
  • Ability to follow directions and maintain composure under pressure
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods
  • Serve Safe certification is required
