Proposal Lead - Hydro Automation

We are in search of a Proposal Lead to become a vital member of our Hydro Automation and Electrical Power Systems (AT & EPS) division. In this capacity, you will be tasked with crafting both technical and commercial proposals for hydroelectric initiatives, working in collaboration with specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions.

  • Direct the proposal team in merging commercial and technical elements
  • Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts, Commercial Managers, and the Legal department
  • Facilitate strategic decision-making processes
  • Support project scheduling and cost estimation efforts
  • Oversee technical risk assessments and mitigation strategies
  • Engage with clients throughout the proposal and negotiation phases

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of experience in sales or marketing within the hydro power generation sector. Strong project management, negotiation, and technical presentation abilities are crucial.

Additional qualifications include familiarity with commercial and contractual specifications, as well as knowledge of hydroelectric products and systems, including PLC-based control systems and SCADA systems.
