Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Destination Dollar Plus. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
