We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Destination Dollar Plus. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English or French, with the ability to communicate with customers in both languages.
