About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team at Eagle Flooring Ltd. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive high-quality flooring installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Prepare Surfaces: Inspect surfaces to be covered, measure and mark them accurately, and prepare them for installation.
  • Read and Interpret Plans: Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure that installations meet our high standards.
  • Install Flooring: Measure, cut, and install resilient floor coverings, hardwood floors, and other types of flooring.
  • Estimate and Order Materials: Estimate costs and materials required for each installation and order them accordingly.
  • Work Safely and Efficiently: Work safely and efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure that installations are completed to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 35 hours per week.
