About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installation Specialist to join our team at Eagle Flooring Ltd. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive high-quality flooring installations that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Inspect, measure, and mark surfaces to be covered, ensuring accurate measurements and precise markings.
  • Material Selection and Procurement: Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements, and select the appropriate materials for each project.
  • Installation and Finishing: Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding, prepare flooring plans and scheduling, and install resilient floor coverings and hardwood floors.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all installations meet our high standards of quality and workmanship.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with our project managers and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 35 hours per week.
