About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installation Specialist to join our team at Eagle Flooring Ltd. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive high-quality flooring installations that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Prepare Surfaces: Inspect surfaces to be covered, measure and mark them accurately, and prepare them for installation.
  • Measure and Cut Materials: Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding to ensure a smooth installation process.
  • Install Flooring: Install resilient floor coverings, prepare and install hardwood floors, and ensure that all flooring is installed to the highest standards.
  • Estimate and Plan: Estimate costs and materials, prepare flooring plans, and schedule installations to meet client deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in flooring installation.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
