Ocean Freight Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ocean Freight Coordinator to join our team at G.E. Forwarders Ltd. As an Ocean Freight Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth movement of supplies and materials between departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and track the movement of supplies and materials between departments
- Coordinate traffic flow of supplies to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare and maintain progress reports to stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Follow up on issues with work orders to ensure resolution
- Keep track of shipments and ensure accurate documentation
As an Ocean Freight Coordinator, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
