Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and track the movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Coordinate traffic flow of supplies to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports to track shipments
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Follow up on issues with work orders to ensure resolution
  • Keep track of shipments and ensure accurate documentation
Work Environment:

The Ocean Freight Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
