Maintenance Technician

At CASH FOR CARS LTD., we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

* Perform minor repairs and adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
* Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
* Perform safety and security checks
* Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
* Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
* Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
* English language proficiency
