  • Initiate activities to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assess crew stability and workload to ensure effective planning and scheduling.
  • Make recommendations to the planner for job sequencing and details.
  • Acquire materials for emergency jobs and provide feedback to the planner for improvement.
  • Identify and resolve failures or repetitive breakdowns within expertise.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
