About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Broker to join our team at Drake International Inc. as a Commercial Insurance Broker - Business Development and Customer Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure we are providing the best possible solutions to our clients
Requirements
  • AMF certificate (required)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a personal damage insurance broker, with module management
  • Energetic and compassionate, with good communication skills and the ability to put people at ease
  • Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to identify the right solution for the right situation
  • Bilingualism (French/English) required
  • Computer skills to navigate several software programs, all on 2 screens
  • Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate good organization
What We Offer

  • Competitive salary of $65,000 per year

  • Daytime schedule only. No evenings or weekends
  • Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
