About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Labourer to join our team at SANTAN ESTATES (NIAGARA) INC. As a key member of our farm operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our crop harvesting and production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply Fertilizers and Crop Care: Apply fertilizers and other crop care products to ensure optimal crop growth and health.
  • Harvest and Pack Produce: Harvest crops and pack them for distribution to market.
  • Examine Product Quality: Examine produce for quality and readiness for market.
  • Perform General Farm Maintenance: Clean work areas, load and unload crates, and perform other general farm maintenance tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
