We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Labourer to join our team at SANTAN ESTATES (NIAGARA) INC. As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient harvesting and processing of crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply Fertilizers: Safely apply fertilizers to crops to promote healthy growth and development.
  • Clear Fields: Clear fields of wood and stones to prepare them for planting and harvesting.
  • Cut and Harvest Crops: Cut and harvest crops at the optimal time to ensure maximum quality and yield.
  • Examine Product Quality: Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market.
  • Load and Unload Supplies: Load, unload and transfer crates, supplies and farm produce, livestock and poultry.
  • Sort and Pack Produce: Sort fruits and vegetables and pack them for market.
  • Write Daily Reports: Write daily basic progress reports to track farm operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
