**Job Summary**

V2Soft is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Training Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our clients in the automotive industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for automotive technicians and instructors
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop customized training solutions
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
  • Deliver training sessions in a classroom or online setting, using a variety of instructional methods and technologies
  • Assess trainee knowledge and skills, and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance

**Requirements**

  • College diploma and/or equivalent work experience in a technical field, such as automotive technology or education
  • Provincial Technician's License or Interprovincial License, or more years of experience in a technical automotive position within an OEM
  • Highly competent facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and well-organized, with a continuous desire to learn and improve
  • Adept computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite, with experience in training software and technologies
  • Team player with the ability to build and sustain credibility with dealer and internal teams
  • A great attitude and proven ability to be an effective team leader and collaborator

**Additional Requirements**

  • Eligibility to travel throughout Canada and a valid passport to travel to the United States for T (Train the Trainer) training
