Key Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

  • Develop and maintain effective Care Plans in collaboration with Home and Community Care Support Services.
  • Provide exceptional nursing services to patients both in-person and through virtual platforms.
  • Deliver care in various environments, including home settings, clinics, and schools.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
Qualifications:
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Current immunization record, including a 2-step TB test.
