Educational Requirements- Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Review and assess incoming and outgoing communications, including memoranda, submissions, and reports.
- Organize agendas and coordinate logistics for meetings involving committees, boards, and other groups.
- Conduct thorough research as needed.
- Engage with departmental and corporate officials, as well as external organizations and associations.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Must be open to international travel.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
