Production Manager

Waterford Executive is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team in a manufacturing environment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and leading a team of hourly associates.
Key Responsibilities- Production Oversight: Monitor and control production assets, including equipment, employees, and raw materials, to continuously improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Review and recommend changes to machinery and equipment, production systems, and methods of work to optimize performance.
- Quality Control: Comply with Quality Control policies and procedures, and report any deficiencies in systems, facilities, machinery, equipment, and/or tools to the Plant Manager/Production Superintendent.
- Team Leadership: Supervise all assigned hourly employees on the shift, ensuring safety, product quality, and quantity while maintaining efficiency and cost control.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with administrative, plant, and supervisory staff as required.
- Training and Development: Provide and participate in training as required, and encourage crew engagement in on-going plant improvement processes.
- Experience: Three to five years of related supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Self-motivated individual with well-developed organizational, time management, and analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Availability: Able to work a 12-hour continental shift (2 weeks on days 7am to 7pm, and 2 weeks on nights 7pm to 7am).
