We are seeking an experienced Consultant to join our expanding Advisory Services team, renowned for its expertise in transformative transport infrastructure projects across North America. We invite professionals from Management Consulting, Engineering, Planning, Economics, or related fields who possess a diverse skill set and a desire to advance their careers in the Transport and Infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of business cases, market evaluations, and feasibility studies for transport and major public infrastructure initiatives.

• Formulate strategies, recommend optimal project delivery methods, and establish procurement processes to ensure successful project execution from initial planning through to construction and operation.

• Conduct economic impact assessments, cost-benefit analyses, financial projections, and value-for-money evaluations for infrastructure financing transactions, including risk identification and management.

• Facilitate client and stakeholder engagement through meetings, presentations, and workshops, ensuring proactive communication.

• Collaborate with colleagues across various disciplines to deliver high-quality advice to our clients.

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, utilizing both internal and external resources effectively.

• Mentor junior staff to enhance their analytical and consulting capabilities.

• Support business development efforts and proposal submissions for future projects.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Planning, Economics, or Commerce; a Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or Finance is preferred.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in transportation or infrastructure project development, particularly in rail/transit, highways, or aviation.

• Proven ability to coordinate across diverse teams and disciplines.

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills for conducting economic impact and cost-benefit analyses, as well as financial modeling.

• Familiarity with the commercial and procurement aspects of public-private partnerships and project financing.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English; knowledge of French is an asset.
