Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire qualified food service staff to join our team.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and ensure that our food and service meet our quality control standards.
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure that our restaurant operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that our restaurant operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on our restaurant's performance to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
