Job Overview

Position Type: 12 Month Full Time Contract

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft engaging and effective solutions utilizing CRM Analytics.
  • Design and implement data architecture and transformation workflows, including dataflows and datasets, alongside creating insightful dashboards.
  • Employ a Data Prep recipe in CRM Analytics to cleanse, transform, and enhance data prior to loading it into one or more targets.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to ensure that all developments adhere to enterprise standards.
  • Assist the Business Intelligence Team with data analysis, statistical modeling, reporting insights, automation, dashboards, and performance evaluation to support business strategy development.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for projects, products, and services, overseeing the design and delivery of reports and insights.
  • Present comprehensive quantitative data in a straightforward, intuitive format and communicate findings clearly and concisely.
Qualifications:

  • Certification in Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant.
  • Proficiency with visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
  • Advanced expertise in crafting complex SQL and SAQL queries and working with various databases.
  • Experience programming in data-centric languages like Java, Python, or R.
  • General familiarity with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud).
  • Experience in data preparation and transformations, ETL development, data modeling, data warehousing, and managing large-scale, complex datasets in a business context.
  • Understanding of conceptual modeling, metadata, reference data management, and data quality analysis.
  • A collaborative, positive, and energetic attitude focused on teamwork.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead intricate projects successfully.
  • Experience in consulting or project management is a valuable asset.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex insights to non-technical audiences.
