About the Role:

The Digital Marketing & E-commerce team is actively seeking a Marketing Automation Manager. This position calls for a CRM aficionado who is technically adept, thrives on data-driven insights, and is enthusiastic about creating and refining automation campaigns that enhance the customer journey.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical, marketing, and analytical skill set. You will oversee the technical strategy and integrations between the Marketing Automation and CRM systems, facilitating top-tier email, SMS, and push notification campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the automation initiatives and tools to support CRM strategies encompassing lead generation, customer retention, and re-engagement.
  • Oversee and troubleshoot data integration between the Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Develop and maintain lead scoring frameworks to maximize engagement and minimize customer churn.
  • Create intricate customer segmentations to customize communications throughout the customer lifecycle and align with business goals.
  • Design and implement customer journeys, triggers, and campaign logic to ensure pertinent communications across all channels (email, SMS, push notifications).
  • Ensure data integrity across our B2C/B2B databases with assistance from our Data and Salesforce Teams.
  • Formulate, execute, and monitor email communications to assess and enhance campaign performance.
  • Identify gaps and areas for improvement within existing frameworks and technical setups.
  • Proactively share results and best practices with key stakeholders, documenting insights in a centralized hub for future reference.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • A degree in business, marketing, travel and tourism, or a related discipline.
  • Over 8 years of experience in CRM, marketing operations, or marketing automation, either client-side or agency-side.
  • Extensive familiarity with Marketing Automation tools (Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.) concerning data accuracy and completeness.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in CRM platform migration and implementation projects is a plus.
  • A proven history of executing successful lead generation, acquisition, conversion, loyalty, and retention marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools is advantageous (Looker preferred).
  • A proactive problem solver, capable of self-directed learning and staying updated on the latest trends.
  • Ensure compliance with global email communication regulations (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, CCPA, etc.) is a plus.

Please note this is a hybrid role, requiring three days a week in the office.
