We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at SADIQ HOLDINGS INC. [BURGER KING].

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to restaurant staff, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Operations: Oversee the management of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and health and safety protocols.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, responding to complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is ordered and received in a timely manner.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Food service manager certification, Occupational Health and Safety Certificate, Safe Food Handling certificate, and Food Safety Certificate.
