Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client care processes and lead the development of innovative service delivery strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to set appropriate care objectives and tailor individualized care plans.

  • Participate in client care assessments and admission discussions as part of a collaborative team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program with active registration.
  • Completion of a post-basic specialty nursing program along with relevant experience.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License and CPR Certification.

Essential Skills & Knowledge:

  • Understanding of mental health disorders, addiction issues, and recovery methodologies.
  • Capability to provide leadership, conduct assessments, and develop treatment strategies.
  • Familiarity with the Truth & Reconciliation Commission's Calls to Action.
