The Role:

The Insurance Broker Development Consultant is essential in optimizing insurance operations by assisting brokers and informing them about HUB's services and products. This role involves promoting HUB's tools and programs while fostering and enhancing broker relationships, identifying new production opportunities, and acting as a key resource for brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving regional sales across all insurance lines, including life, living benefits, and personal health products
  • Enhancing advisor relationships
  • Delivering continuous coaching and training to brokers
  • Providing informed recommendations on various products
  • Reviewing cases with Advisors and presenting appropriate solutions
  • Participating in industry training sessions

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the life and insurance sector
  • Completion of the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP)
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to supporting others
  • Proficiency in training and mentoring
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
  • A desire for further education within the industry
  • Engagement with individuals and event coordination
