Position Summary
- Oversee the management of non-conformities in both internal and external products.
- Guarantee adherence to commitments concerning Safety, Quality, Cost, and Timeliness.
- Assess defects in procured components and generate non-conformity documentation.
- Protect the production line and inventory by identifying and categorizing non-compliant items.
- Ensure the daily return of compliant components to the production line.
- Inform suppliers of non-conformity reports via the designated portal.
- Coordinate supplier interventions on-site while following established protocols.
- Track line metrics to ensure optimal performance and deadline compliance.
Essential Qualifications
- Degree in Quality Management or Production Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or industrial processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with SAP is a plus) and office applications.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, understand technical terminology, and apply measurement techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in analytical thinking, synthesis, decision-making, and prioritization.
- Team-oriented mindset.
