Our Kingsville Distribution Center, a state-of-the-art refrigerated facility operating around the clock, is currently seeking a Full Time Grader . The primary responsibility of this role is to evaluate and package all products in accordance with customer specifications. The individual will also engage in a variety of tasks beyond this job description.

Shift Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM

This is a full-time permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and package all product(s) to meet company and customer specifications.
  • Uphold product quality standards that align with specifications.
  • Ensure the use of appropriate packing materials.
  • Assist in the setup of packaging and washing processes to facilitate a smooth product flow.
  • Maintain a sanitized and organized workspace that complies with all food safety regulations (collaborate with the Food Safety coordinator).
  • Adhere to all company policies and regulations consistently.
  • Treat all colleagues with respect and maintain a professional demeanor, reflecting a positive company image.
  • Safely handle all sanitizing chemicals as instructed.

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in food production is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team; follow instructions and provide support and suggestions when needed.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to job demands (hours, etc.).
  • Demonstrate respect and tact when interacting with employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all company information and refrain from disclosing any details to external parties.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a cool environment.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Capable of lifting at least 30 lbs.
  • Willingness to work extended hours if necessary.
  • Standing for prolonged periods is required.
