Requisition ID: 208017 We're seeking a customer-centric Financial Advisor to join our Canadian Banking Branch network in Orillia. As an essential member of our team, you'll be provided with in-depth training to deliver exceptional service throughout the customer's journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take a proactive approach to discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requirements
- Educate customers, providing relevant insights and expert advice to help them achieve their goals
- Build strong, long-standing relationships with customers
- Develop, retain, and grow the branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience
Requirements:
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed business goals that align to a customer's stated goals
- Ability to uncover and solve for customers' needs
- Mutual Funds licence and working towards the CIFP Diploma
