About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by taking a proactive approach to discovering customer needs and building strong relationships.
  • Educate customers on financial strategies and provide expert advice to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans using a holistic approach.
  • Nurture long-standing relationships with customers and develop a deep understanding of their financial needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment while delivering a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to develop personalized financial strategies.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mutual Funds licence and completed CIFP Diploma.
