Join Our Team as a Senior Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a meticulous and versatile Senior Office Operations Coordinator to become a vital part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Founder and assist with various office, client, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly support the Founder with ongoing business and team assistance.
  • Manage a diverse range of tasks including administrative support, calendar oversight, and operational management.
  • Oversee software applications and CRM systems to enhance efficiency.
  • Facilitate client relations and ensure smooth communication.
  • Administer contracts and manage metric reporting.
  • Provide general office support, including facility management.
  • Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding processes.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work from our office Monday to Friday.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration and operational support within fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Possession of a valid Canadian driver's license.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Human Resources, or Operations is preferred.
