About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Arash Painting Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Assess and improve our daily operations to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Mail and Supply Management: Open and distribute mail, and maintain inventory of office supplies.
  • Planning and Organization: Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in our operations.
  • Meeting and Event Support: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure smooth operations.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, and coordinate with team members as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Data Entry and Management: Perform data entry and maintain digital databases.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
