Job Title: Recreational Therapy Aide

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recreational Therapy Aide to join our team at Pro Vita Care Management. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Job Summary:

The Recreational Therapy Aide will assist in the planning and implementation of recreational activities, programs, and events that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. This is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of recreational activities, programs, and events
  • Provide support and assistance to residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Transport residents in wheelchairs or stretchers as needed
  • Supervise and assist with exercise routines and activities
  • Prepare and serve meal trays and snacks
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
  • Collect and process specimens as required
  • Deliver messages, reports, and requisitions between departments
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Nursing Aide Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Immunization records
  • Tuberculosis test
