Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that sales goals are met.
  • Authorize Payments: Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, including establishing work schedules and preparing reports.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, initiative, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
