Sales Team Lead

Caledonia Clover Farm is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other challenges that may impact sales performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills.
