About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Three Star Janitorial Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our clients' facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring that we meet our financial targets.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, payments, and expenses.
  • Receive Payments: Process payments for specialized cleaning jobs, ensuring that our clients are billed accurately and on time.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff, ensuring that they have the resources and training they need to succeed.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that our clients receive a seamless experience.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules for our cleaning staff, ensuring that we meet our clients' needs and deadlines.

  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, promoting diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
  • Support for Youth Employment: Participate in programs that support youth employment, helping to develop the next generation of cleaning professionals.
