Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of execution, control, monitoring, and closure for assigned capital projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and scope satisfaction.
  • Manage risk closely, establishing and implementing mitigation strategies for identified risks to ensure project success.
  • Establish project objectives, communicate roles and responsibilities to team members, and implement a comprehensive communications plan to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Develop and maintain a network of relationships to influence decision-making and drive project outcomes.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop staff, identifying opportunities for growth and development to maintain a high level of service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on capital projects and P3 delivery.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and drive project outcomes.
  • Excellent risk management and mitigation skills, with the ability to identify and address potential risks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including client representatives, school jurisdictions, and municipality representatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
