About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Amore Pasta 101. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our Italian cuisine and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Chef Supervision

Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable about our menu items, ingredients, and cooking techniques.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary environment, and that our quality control standards are met.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that our customers receive prompt and friendly service, and that their needs are met.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Work Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Work Setting

Restaurant environment

Physical Capabilities

Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and perform repetitive tasks
