College Jean-de-Brébeuf Sports Department is seeking a dedicated Fitness Center Supervisor to oversee the College gym operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for fitness and a commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment for our diverse community of students and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily gym operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement engaging training programs tailored to various fitness levels.
  • Conduct fitness assessments to guide individuals in achieving their health goals.
  • Supervise intercollegiate sports team training sessions, fostering a positive and productive atmosphere.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped gym environment.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a fitness center trainer or in a similar role.
  • A strong understanding of exercise physiology and training principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with young people aged 16 to 20.
  • Kinesiology studies are considered an asset.
