Job Title: Bottle Depot Supervisor

At Spruce Grove Bottle Depot Ltd., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bottle Depot Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

The Bottle Depot Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and preparing and submitting reports. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and oversee operational logistics
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
