Job Title: Bottle Depot Supervisor

Join SPRUCE GROVE BOTTLE DEPOT LTD. as a Bottle Depot Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including maintenance and repair work.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve common goals.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and co-ordinate, assign, and review work.
Work Environment:

As a Bottle Depot Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills. You will be part of a team that values accuracy, client focus, judgement, and teamwork.

Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Ability to work in a retail business, wholesalers, or retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre.
