Job Title: Bottle Depot Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bottle Depot Operations Manager to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing specific plans to prioritize tasks, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit and hire staff as needed.
  • Train workers in duties and policies.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure it is completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
