Bottle Depot Supervisor

Join SPRUCE GROVE BOTTLE DEPOT LTD. as a Bottle Depot Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bottle depot, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Logistics: Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks, oversee the operational logistics of the organization, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Reporting and Maintenance: Prepare and submit reports, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Management: Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and coordinate, assign, and review work.
- Supervision: Supervise 3-4 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail.
