Position Overview

The Clinical Services Supervisor will be accountable to the Provincial Manager of the Mental Health and Addictions Program. This position entails delivering guidance and support to a diverse team of clinical professionals, fostering the enhancement of essential clinical competencies identified within the program. The Clinical Services Supervisor will provide oversight, expert consultation, educational resources, and quality assurance to uphold the highest standards of patient care.

Qualifications:
  • Active registration with the appropriate regulatory body
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or Occupational Therapy
  • A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience
  • Familiarity with the DSM V diagnostic classification system
  • Experience in supervisory roles and adult education
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Background in clinical nursing practice and policy formulation
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on safety and ethical standards
  • Certification in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention
  • Proficiency in French is considered an asset
Position Details:
  • Full-time role requiring 75 hours biweekly
  • 12-month contract with potential evening and holiday shifts
  • Provincial travel may be necessary
  • Flexible work location within the province
Compensation Package:

Hourly rate of $51.73
