Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Banh Mi Saigon. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and manage staff performance to meet company standards
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet customer demands
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure a high level of customer service
  • Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best possible prices for food and other supplies
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Reliability and dependability
