Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated **Office Coordinator** to support our operations at Canada Abatement Services Inc. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative tasks.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings and events.
  • Coordinate and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages appropriately.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Supervise the preparation of various reports.
  • Manage office supply orders and maintain inventory levels.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts.
  • Type and proofread various documents and correspondence.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping duties.
