About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Window Installation Specialist to join our team at NEW TECH WINDOWS. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation of windows and related products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Measurement: Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, and ensure accurate installation of windows and related products.
  • Tool Operation and Maintenance: Utilize hand and power tools, and prepare and maintain work materials and supplies.
  • Customer Service and Communication: Provide professional customer service, and effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Teamwork and Supervision: Supervise other workers, and work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve installation goals.
  • Work Environment and Safety: Work in a physically demanding environment, and adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Renovation, installation, and repair of windows and related products.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding work environment, with attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, accuracy, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
Work Environment and Benefits
