About the Role

Ramboll Window Fashions is seeking a skilled Window Shade Installer to join our team. As a Window Shade Installer, you will be responsible for installing window shades and treatments in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Measurement: Determine layout and installation procedures for window shades and treatments. Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations.
  • Customer Service: Provide professionalism in customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Documentation and Administration: Document and prepare invoices and work orders, and maintain accurate records of installations and customer interactions.
  • Materials and Equipment Management: Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, and load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment.
  • Tool Operation and Safety: Utilize hand and power tools, and erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms safely and efficiently.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications, and work effectively as part of a team to achieve project goals.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and ability to lift and move materials as needed.
Personal Qualities and Experience
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Green Job: This role involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
